A simple knife done in 3D using Maya 7.0.
I used a small sample of Mental ray to produce the shadows and reflection off of the blade itself.
I can't help but feel as though there is something left to be desired with the picture.
The handle was actually a mistake and i like how it came out.
As for the model? Minor reference from A couple of Ebay auctions that no longer exist
.
Anyways, critique and suggestions welcome. I'd be happy to improve it.
Now, if anyone is interested in using, changing, editing the knife file itself, thats fine just let me know. It should be in resources. As for giving cerdit? That would be nice and suggested! A simple "Knife model done by
(or ~Eichenkatze )" is entirely fine.
